I recently had the good fortune of working with Nancy Burge on the sale of a property I co-owned with my three siblings in Old Lyme. The waterfront house was listed for $840,000 after extensive discussions with the four of us and because of her extraordinary efforts and expertise she was able to get the asking price, something I never expected in my wildest dreams.

The fact that there were four people who had to agree on each decision made the listing and sale much more difficult and extremely complex; but Nancy took it all in stride.
